A newly built house in Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club led luxury home contracts in Palm Beach County for the week ending Nov. 9, according to a report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report found that buyers signed 10 contracts for homes priced at $3 million or more, totaling $67.7 million in asking volume. These properties spent an average of 84 days on the market.

The previous week saw higher activity, with 14 contracts signed and a total asking volume of $85.1 million.

The weekly report tracks single-family homes and condos listed at $3 million or above in the Beaches MLS. It noted there were 62 new listings added during the period, bringing the total number of active listings to 1,166.

Of last week’s pending sales, nine were single-family homes and one was a condo. The condo had an asking price of $3.4 million ($852 per square foot) and was on the market for 60 days.

Single-family homes under contract averaged an asking price of $7.2 million and spent about 107 days on the market before going pending.

The most expensive property to find a buyer was located at 290 Sabal Palm Terrace in Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club community. The house measures 6,700 square feet and had an asking price of $9 million after two price reductions from its original listing at $10 million in April, according to Zillow data. The sellers, Robert and Robyn Morgan, purchased the quarter-acre lot for $3.5 million in 2022 and completed construction last year. The home features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, one half-bathroom, and a pool.

David Roberts with Royal Palm Properties holds the listing for this property; he is ranked as the top agent in The Real Deal’s 2025 Palm Beach County broker ranking.

Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club is considered Boca Raton’s most expensive neighborhood and recently gained attention when football player Travis Kelce rented a waterfront home there over the summer.
