Florida Chamber CEO discusses state’s economic growth and upcoming forum

Florida Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Mark Wilson spoke with News4Jax about the state’s economic progress, the manufacturing sector’s recovery, and Florida’s attractiveness for business relocations and startups. During the interview, Wilson also described the Future of Florida Forum (F3), an event aimed at bringing together leaders to work toward making Florida one of the world’s top ten economies by 2030.

Wilson said, “F3 unites leaders around the goal of making Florida the tenth-largest economy in the world by 2030.”

The Future of Florida Forum is scheduled for October 27-28 in Orlando. The event will gather participants from business, political, non-profit, and community sectors to discuss strategies for strengthening Florida’s economic future.

Additionally, Wilson discussed the “Coolest Thing Made in Florida” competition during his appearance on News4Jax.
