The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Betty Easley Conference Center in Tallahassee. The conference will be followed by an Internal Affairs meeting and a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing.

The agenda for the Commission Conference includes items that may allow for public comment. Individuals who wish to participate are encouraged to contact the FPSC’s Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199.

After the Internal Affairs meeting, the FPSC will conduct a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing. During this session, the commission will review cost recovery for Florida’s investor-owned utilities. This includes costs related to fuel, conservation, environmental compliance, capacity, purchased gas, and storm protection plans. The proceeding will address projected recovery factors for 2026 as well as true-up amounts for 2024 and 2025.

If necessary, the hearing may continue from November 5 through November 7 at the same location.

A live broadcast of both the Commission Conference and Hearing will be available online by clicking “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.” Coverage may also be available on the Florida Channel; viewers are advised to check local listings.
