Florida Public Service Commission to hold virtual meeting for Citrus Waterworks customers

The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Citrus Waterworks, Inc. customers on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting is intended to gather public comments regarding Citrus Waterworks’ recent application to adjust its water and wastewater rates in Citrus County.

Citrus Waterworks filed the rate adjustment application with the FPSC on April 30, 2025. The FPSC will consider customer feedback from the meeting as part of its decision-making process. Citrus Waterworks serves 154 residential customers and one general service customer in Citrus County.

Customers interested in speaking at the meeting can register by completing an online registration form available on the FPSC website under Hot Topics, calling the FPSC at 1-850-413-7080, or emailing the FPSC. Registration opens October 16 at 9:00 a.m. EDT and closes October 28 at noon.

Those who do not wish to speak can watch the meeting live by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events” on the FPSC website.
