Pickleball Kingdom, a large indoor pickleball facility, is scheduled to open this summer in northwest Ocala. The 37,000-square-foot venue will feature 13 professional-grade courts. It will also provide coaching programs for all skill levels, youth programs, leagues, tournaments, and space for community and corporate events.

Heart of the Park has opened in Tuscawilla Park after transforming the former American Legion building into a community center. Open since July 4, the site includes weekly museum exhibits, a corner store, and multipurpose spaces available for meetings and events. According to organizers, “Heart of the Park features weekly museum exhibits, a corner store, and multipurpose spaces for meetings and events. The center is a true showcase of downtown Ocala’s development into a bustling district.”
