The property will have six dining venues at launch, an urban outdoor pool deck, Mokara Spa, and guest rooms with modern furnishings and amenities. For events, the hotel offers more than 73,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 30,000-square-foot Waterway Ballroom and a 15,000-square-foot Port Everglades Ballroom designed with natural light and finishes inspired by South Florida.

Combined with the adjacent convention center, guests will have access to over 120,000 square feet of flexible event space for conferences or large gatherings.
