A newly renovated FedEx Office store has opened on the third floor of the Tampa Convention Center, outside West Hall. The updated space is designed to provide event managers, exhibitors, and attendees with access to a range of business services and new customer service technology.
The FedEx Office offers services such as packing, shipping, parcel management, premium printing, copying, binding, event branding and directional signage. Additional options include wraps for registration desks, arches and columns, wall and floor graphics, multi-size light boxes, custom promotional products, equipment rentals, and office supplies.
FedEx was awarded the contract for the Business Center space previously operated by The UPS Store. While renovations were underway, FedEx temporarily operated from the fourth floor of the convention center.

Located in downtown Tampa along the waterfront, the Tampa Convention Center provides 600,000 square feet of event space with modern amenities. The facility has been recognized with awards such as the gold medal for Best Convention Center in the Southeast U.S. from Northstar Stella Awards in 2024 and 2023; Best Convention Center by Smart Stars Awards from Smart Meetings; and a Center of Excellence ranking by Exhibitor Magazine.
The venue has achieved LEED Silver certification for its sustainability efforts. In 2025 it will mark its 35th anniversary since opening in 1990.
