The Tampa Bay Chamber has announced the winners of its 2025 Small Business of the Year Awards. The awards were presented at TPepin’s Hospitality Centre on November 6, during the Chamber’s 45th annual ceremony. More than 400 people attended the event, which recognizes outstanding achievements among small businesses in the region.

Harbour Business Law received the Startup Business of the Year award. Digital Neighbor was named Small Business of the Year in the 5-20 Employees category. Yo Mama’s Foods took home the award for businesses with 21-50 employees, and Gigglewaters won in the 51-250 Employees category. Amy Martinez-Monfort, founder and CEO of Tampa Laundry Company, was recognized as Outstanding Small Business Leader of the Year.

The selection process spans ten months and begins with about 350 nominations each year. Judging is conducted by over a dozen volunteers from Chamber member companies who review applications, conduct interviews with semi-finalists, and visit finalist sites. The committee considers company finances, community involvement, and ethical business practices before selecting winners.

TD Bank served as presenting sponsor for this year’s event.

“Harbour Business Law (HBL) is a boutique Tampa Bay law firm that partners with entrepreneurs from launch to legacy, offering customized, business-focused legal strategy designed to navigate challenges, harness opportunities, and drive lasting success.”

The Tampa Bay Chamber has served local businesses since 1885 as a not-for-profit membership organization. It currently represents around 1,400 companies across different industries. The chamber holds a five-star rating from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce—a distinction earned by only about two percent of chambers nationwide.
